Delivery Timelines

After an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Packaging and handling are typically completed within one business day. Most deliveries reach customers within 2 business weeks. In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take up to 3–4 weeks. You will be notified by email in case of any unexpected delay.

Shipping Fees

We charge a standard flat shipping fee of $25 per order. However, if your order total is $200 or more, shipping is free.

Order Cancellation

If you receive a product that is damaged or expired, we recommend disposing of it safely:

  • Do not flush: Only flush if explicitly instructed on the label or by FDA guidelines.

  • Mix with undesirable substances: Combine the medicine with used coffee grounds, dirt, or cat litter.

  • Seal securely: Place the mixture in a sealed container or plastic bag.

  • Protect your identity: Remove or scratch off any personal details from prescription labels.

  • Dispose safely: Place the sealed container and label in your household trash.
